Kat Renfrew

Heather "Kat" Renfrew embarked on her self-publishing journey after a transformative decision in 2022 to leave a hazardous factory job in pursuit of a more fulfilling and independent career. With a diverse professional background spanning from the Gulf Coast to Pittsburgh and CNY, she has accumulated experience in various fields, including working as a rental car agent, studying at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and serving as a Junior Saucier for Levy's at PNC Park. These roles have honed her adaptability, creativity, and entrepreneurial mindset, ultimately guiding her toward authorship and personal development.

In 2024, she released her debut non-fiction work, Manifesting with Moon Magic: A Beginner’s Guide to Wishing on the Moon, along with a supplementary journal. She continues to explore self-improvement and artistic expression, expanding her writing portfolio with future books and guides. Kat is also developing "The Wandering Wishmaster," a project dedicated to sharing untold stories and hidden gems from communities across America.

Kat is currently studying to become an NLP life coach, focusing on personal growth and storytelling rather than hosting events. During the spring and summer seasons, she devotes time to growing food and plans to start engaging with her community through local interviews. This hands-on experience will help her build confidence and connections before she takes her project on the road in the coming years.
